At Kiyonna, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately for easy printing.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags are present and the package is taped shut.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
